I was really struggling with my leg and therefore had to cut short the walk to only about 5 miles, it should have been about 8.
First we headed to Whiteworks, so that Lorna could see the ruined village and works. Then we followed the Devonport Leat to Nun’s Cross Farm and Siward’s Cross.
We headed on to Crazywell Pool for a quick dip in the sunshine before following the Leat back to the car.
