We offer:
Books (signed paperbacks or hardbacks) – shipped directly via Royal Mail.
Event Tickets (e.g. author talks, readings) – delivered via email as electronic tickets or confirmations.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Shipping fees (where relevant) will be added at checkout and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
📚 Books
Books are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days of payment.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time is 2 working days from dispatch for UK orders.
Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or postal strikes.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact simon@devonauthor.co.uk and I’ll do my best to assist.
🎟️ Tickets for Events
Tickets or confirmation of event bookings are delivered by email.
You will receive your ticket details within 24 hours of purchase.
If you do not receive your ticket or confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder first, then email me directly.
Books:
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days at simon@devonauthor.co.uk with a photo of the issue, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for signed or personalised books unless they arrive damaged.
Tickets:
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the event is cancelled. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
